Pricing

The list is free. The numbers on it are not.

Every sale and every parcel stays open to everyone, and a free account opens the county, appraiser and court links. What you pay for is the rent and value next to each one, the score, what sold last time, and an email the day your kind of deal shows up.

Yearly is about two months free.

Free

Refunds and cancellation · Terms · What this is not

What you are not buying

Not the house. Nothing is bought or sold here. Every parcel links to the county's own auction site, where you register, put down a deposit and bid.

Not a promise the sale happens. An owner can pay up and cancel a sale right until the county takes the winner's money. Counts on the calendar shrink for that reason, and we show the county's number next to ours.

Not a valuation of the house. The area rent and value are ZIP numbers from Zillow. The score is about the record. Neither has been inside the property, and the memo says what it does not know.

Not advice. Title, liens, condition and whether to bid at all are yours to decide, ideally with a title company and a lawyer.
